The short version

Draft stub for the preview. This wording has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be checked against the Consumer Protection Act and the ECT Act (including the cooling-off rules for online sales) before launch.

  1. What you're buying. A 90-Day Pass gives one learner access to Robot Green practice for 90 days from the moment the code is redeemed. A 30-Day Self Pass gives 30 days.
  2. Activation. A pass is activated when its code is redeemed. Unused codes can be passed on to someone else.
  3. Refunds. There are no refunds once a pass has been activated. If a code hasn't been redeemed yet, contact us and we'll sort it out.
  4. No guarantee. Robot Green helps you prepare. It doesn't guarantee a pass, and its estimates are just estimates. We're independent and not part of the RTMC or the Department of Transport.
  5. Sponsored passes. Codes from a sponsor work once and expire on the date the sponsor sets. Sponsors see how many codes have been used, not your answers.
  6. Rewards draws. Any prize draw will have its own published rules. No draw is running yet.
  7. Your information. We use your WhatsApp number only to send what you signed up for. Handled in line with POPIA. See the privacy policy.
