A minute a day on the app they already use.
Three questions each morning, a light for each section, and a short report to you on Sunday. These are mock-ups: nothing is sent.

Scenario A
Free daily 3
Three questions a day, before school. One idea per message. It takes under a minute.
How it's built to stick
- One idea per message
- Recall, not re-reading: they answer first
- Instant feedback with a one-line why
- Yesterday's miss comes back (spaced repetition)
- A miss is booked for 2 days later
- Streak line, plus a bonus some days (not every day)
Message type
First message: a template if the 24-hour window has closed, or free-form if they replied in the last 24 hours. We aim to send inside the window. The replies after each answer are free-form inside the session.

Scenario B
Day 3 upsell
After 3 free days, show the lights and the one thing to fix. Two choices: buy, or send it to a parent to pay.
How it's built to stick
- Shows the gap in plain colours, not a score
- One clear next step
- Parent-pays link the learner can forward
- Early read is labelled as early: it comes from few answers
Message type
Free-form, inside the session: the learner just answered. The forwarded message is sent by the learner, not by us, so it costs nothing.
Sunday
Weekly report
18:00
Scenario C
Sunday parent report
Once a week. The lights, how many days they practised, the weakest area, and one thing to say to them.
How it's built to stick
- Three lights the parent can read in five seconds
- One action for the parent, not a list
- No pass guarantee: it says where they are
Message type
Template, business-initiated. Utility category (it is about the pass they bought). Parent opts in at checkout.

Scenario D
Test eve and result
A calm reminder the night before: light review only, what to bring. Then "How did it go?" after the test, with a reward.
How it's built to stick
- Test eve is light on purpose: no new questions
- Practical checklist
- Reward for reporting the result (draw entries, example prizes)
- "Not this time" gets a kind reply and a new plan for the rebooked date
Message type
Both are templates, business-initiated, utility category (reminder about the test date they gave us). Replies after a button tap are free-form.

Scenario E
Parent: Try it now
A parent puts their number on the site and ticks the box. Step 1: what your child gets (2 real questions, instant feedback). Step 2: what you get (the Sunday report). Then: buy the pass, or send the free check to the child.
How it's built to stick
- Shows both sides of the loop: the child's practice and the parent's report
- Pain first: "Did you study?" "Ja." Now you'll know
- Real questions with instant feedback
- Ends with two clear choices
Message type
First message: Meta-approved TEMPLATE "parent_demo_v1", category MARKETING (it's promotional, to someone who hasn't bought). It costs one marketing message. The parent's tap opens the 24-hour window, so the rest are free-form. Worst case about R1.42 per demo. Capped at 1 demo per number.
Notes
- Preview only. No messages are sent and no one is charged. The look is our own; it is not WhatsApp's app.
- Questions shown are drafts that still need review against the official manual.
- Reply buttons allow 3 choices, so WhatsApp questions show 3 of the 4 options.
- Caps per learner: 4 messages a day and 150 per pass; 15 to the parent; marketing at most 2.
- Prizes are examples. Draw rules still need legal review.
